It was my cousin Matt who turned me onto photography. I remember Thanksgiving almost 4 years ago, he had just bought his first DSLR and showed it to me. Since then, I’ve been amazed with the images that can be captured through the lens. Anyone can buy the best or most expensive camera out there, but it is the person behind the camera who make the photos great. Matt took some photo’s of our family over the Thankgiving holiday, here are some snaps of me plus a few extras. Check out more at Taprootphotography.com.

Last weak there was a gang of us in the studio and Eight81.com’s Rules Of Attraction topic came about. So we decided to shoot an ROA on the spot with BJ (since Don punked out). Dudes, get out your pen and pad or just replay the video, either way learn from what he is saying. Today is also BJ’s birthday, so if you are on twitter, follow him (@listentobjcom) and wish him a happy b-day.

I hooked up with Prynce to shoot a music video for the first time. This video is special to me because every scene was shot within a 2 block radius of my of my parents house where I spent most of my days. I’m thinking about shooting all my music videos in Decatur, signature move. Anyways, props to Greg Street for putting me down. Prynce really goes off on this track.

I’ve never really been a vest person, but recently i’ve been wanted to rock one. If I was gonna get one you know I had to go with the “All black everything” joint by Nike ACG. Shouts out to VS on #thehookup

Prynce is from Decatur, I’m from Decatur, it only made sense that we collabed to shoot a video off of his newest mixtape. I just finished shooting, here are some screen grabs from the some of my angles only moments ago. Now, if you’ll excuse me I’m going to take my time and edit this. The track is below, close your eyes and imagine.
