As promised here is the short sampler from Don, Chuck, and Mike. I got to hang out and record as much footage as I could while the guys put this little project together (you will see more of it soon). I’m glad we finally got to present a project it the way it should be presented, with a custom webpage. I have to give props to my guy Josh Ellington, he helped me execute an idea. Same goes for Craig Sprecher who did an outstanding job on the artwork. Ideas are nothing without proper execution. The Kirkwood Kid

It’s been a while since I’ve had the time or opportunity to shoot something other than product shots. I hooked up again with BJ The Chicago Kid to get some shots in and I think they came out well. Again, I kept it real local, all these scenes where shot within a minute of the house I grew up in. BJ was real adamant about doing some looks infront of the Oakview Grocery store next door to my house, and I was glad because I have always wanted to use it. Besides that one set up, I found a secret spot in Oakhurst’s neighboring district, Kirkwood. Some really good character over in that area, I hope it stays that way. I Ain’t Even Trying

It’s well known that I am a big hip-hop fan, my iTunes is probably 90% full of rap/hip-hop music. However, I grew up on southern rock and roll music because that is all I listened to riding around in the car with my dad. Rock and Roll rubbed off more so on my older brother being that he is in a rock and roll band. Me and my brother are very much the same, yet polar opposites. The guy above isn’t my brother, that is my homie Ryan, but he is holding a woodalion from my brothers band, Ponderosa. Ryan is a big fan too. Shout out to Prplmnt for hooking me up with a gang of woodalions. Below is one of my favorite tracks, if you like it too you can download it. Just remember, I ain’t even fucking trying.

It’s hard to keep walking after about four glasses of this stuff, best believe it will have you on your ass. I’m not really a fan of dark liquor, but a friend turned me on to whiskey + ginger ale and I must say It’s not a bad mix at’tall. No real reason for this post except for the fact I really like this photo.
